Excellent service, the entire staff was extremely friendly. The food is delicious! I had the Mac&Cheese and it was heavenly You even get to watch the HP movies while you eat or drink some Butterbeer! If you get a chance, definitely visit. I'm actually moving soon and I'm planning on donating my HP stuff to them so they can keep decorating the place in an awesome way

This place was fabulous! I'm so glad we visited it during our stay in Mexico City. It far exceeded my expectations. The visit started with getting Hogwarts robes and other attire. Then we were escorted upstairs, which is so fun with the decor. They offered the kids the sorting hat and brooms, which were very fun. The menu had plenty of options without being overwhelming. 2 kids got the kids menu, which they loved (including the surprise). The rest of us got spaghetti, tortilla soup, and the fish and chips. All of the food was delicious. I highly recommend getting dessert- we tried 2 and again were impressed by the taste and quality. Pro tip- if someone has a birthday coming up, get Hagrid's birthday cake and they'll write the person's name on the cake! If you're a Harry Potter fan, this restaurant is a must when you're in Mexico City.

Great food (perfect medium-rare rib eye) and drinks. Amazing service: Neri did an amazing job on providing an excellent and immersive experience! Prices are fair for what's offered, store right at the entrance has high-quality Happy Potter items for sale (Butter Bear mug is just perfect). I'd visit more often if I lived near the city :'(

This is a Harry Potter fan's dream come true. The whole restaurant is decorated to look like it's in the UK and commemorates the Harry Potter world with tons of decorations from the books/movies. They have Harry Potter themed menus, drinks, and meals (at an affordable price). You can even watch a Harry Potter movie while you enjoy your meal.
